🕒 When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, you’ll receive tracking info by email.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

• USA: 5–10 business days

• UK, Canada, EU: 7–15 business days

• Other countries: 10–20 business days

🔍 How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t get it, contact us at support@fetchiq.net.

💬 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes, but we’ll do our best to help.

🔁 Do you accept returns?

📦 My product arrived damaged — what now?

Email us at support@fetchiq.net with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
